Anila was founded in 2022 by Andi Kandias, after 11 years of frontline experience in Early Years and OSHC. It started with a simple observation: the sector deserved a specialist partner who understands ratios, rosters, QIP pressure and what "the right fit" actually means at 6:45am on a Monday.

Years and hundreds of successful searches later, that's still the whole strategy: deep specialisation, honest advice, and placements that last.
